Return & Exchange
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you from there. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if all of the above conditions are not met.
If your return is accepted, you may exchange it for the same item in a different size, an item of the same value or lower, subject to availability.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to hygiene concerns, please note that earrings are not eligible for return and exchange. We also do not accept returns for our DIY kits as they contain items that have a shelf life. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final, and we do not offer any money-back guarantees.
